In April 2025, Stefanie LeMoigne received the life-changing diagnosis of Stage 4 triple-negative metastatic breast cancer. Since then, she has faced an extraordinarily difficult journey with unmatched strength and optimism. Stefanie recently completed months of intensive chemotherapy and, in November, underwent surgery to remove one of her breasts along with numerous lymph nodes in her right underarm. Due to her ongoing immunotherapy, she will need to delay removal of the remaining breast.
Doctors have also identified a lesion in her lung. While it cannot be surgically removed, Stefanie will be undergoing radiation treatment in hopes of controlling its growth. Her medical team has been clear: this diagnosis will impact her for the rest of her life, and the road ahead will be long and challenging. But through every obstacle, Stefanie has shown extraordinary courage, positivity, and determination.
Stefanie is a dedicated supervisor at the United States Postal Service and a deeply loved member of her community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching football and baseball, traveling, and visiting local wineries—passions that have had to take a back seat while she focuses on treatment and healing.
Despite everything she has endured, Stefanie remains a true light—resilient, hopeful, and endlessly grateful for the support around her. Her family, friends, and community continue to stand by her as she navigates this difficult chapter.
Thank you for keeping Stefanie in your thoughts and prayers, and for your kindness, generosity, and support during this time. It means more than words can express.
